A Blessing For One Who Is Exhausted, by John O’Donohue

What a perfect description of major stress, and some great advice how to find our true self again! Yes, I know that stressed out sate, and it’s really not a good place to be. It’s good to take things a little slower, and watch the rain and all those tiny things we spend so much time ignoring when we’re too busy.
I hope you are feeling laid back and unstressed! 🙂
Only rest and relaxation can help us overcome stress. Sometimes we lose ourselves to it unknowingly and a thoughtful attempt is needed to get out of it. Loved the poem for the description and advice. Yeah, did feel unstressed, though for a short while. 🙂
Powerful message in the poem. Rest and relaxation yes if possible some slow deep breaths will help too.
Many thanks Bindu.
Found the poem very meaningful.
Just read this one…I really needed it. Thanks so much for posting it!
