Namaskar, Bindu! Beautiful photos.
Thank you, Julia! 🙂
I love your blog… indeed life is what we make it… Barbara
Thanks for coming to find me… IAM sure we are going to enjoy each others journey…
Thank you! Hope we can make the best of our lives. I found your blog interesting too.
I think I have felt at times that hope feels harder to cope with than despair! The mind can play terrible tricks either one way or another, and leave us wondering what is real and what is worth hanging onto, and which bits of hope are just pointless wishing! 😐 I like the “When you’re at the end of your rope, tie a knot and hold on” good advice, sometimes that’s only thing we can do! 🙂
Yes, that was pointless wishing.
That was posted during the last days of my father. He’s gone. Did we have any hope? I don’t know. But what is left if we give up hope?
Thank you, Suzy!
Very telling picture! A perfect title too!
‘For what are hopes
But slender ropes
Fastened to our dreams’

I have lost that hope. As another blogger said, it was ‘pointless wishing.’ We have lost our father after a brief period of illness.
